I'm an author, educator, psychotherapist and hypnotherapist who supports creative people and communities. My books and healing work explore the weave of giftedness, trauma, neuroscience-based practices, and healing with and through the trees, earth and waters that give us life. Every May (and some Octobers) I hold sacred and playful space in The Olive Grove Retreat on the Greek island of Lesvos, a residency for those longing for a deeper connection to the elemental source of human creativity: the earth, the sea, the creatures, the sky.
