The Healthy Writers’ Online Retreat is designed to help you slow down and reconnect to your energy—body & spirit—first. Then we’ll touch into your creative work and play. Health first. Writing after. Both together.

Come & learn neuroscience-based techniques that make both writing and everyday life EASIER. Learn a lot about your brain. And writing.

This is a week where Health (brain-body-spirit) meets Writing Wisdom, and the result will be beautiful . . .

 Intentional Structure

We blend guided instruction, open exploration, and space to reflect and muse—so the experience feels both focused and fluid. And the Muse joins us.

 Collaborative

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

Expert Facilitation

Led by me—an experienced teacher, therapist, facilitator. I will hold space and keep things moving—slow and quickly—with purpose.

 Good Space

Our online experience together will be collaborative, with plenty of time for people to write and rest. Show up as you are and engage in these creative and healing processes to the depth you wish. Ease is key.
